T.R.U.S.T.™ Product Release Highlights - 2022-2023

Our commitment to providing you with a powerful and user-friendly credit insurance management platform remains steadfast. Below are the key highlights from our recent releases: 

Reporting Enhancements 

  • Show recent credit rating changes on new page. T.R.U.S.T. introduced a new report to show recent carrier credit rating changes. This report will allow T.R.U.S.T. users to track individual debtors overtime and see based on a specified time window a debtor’s credit rating change. 

  • Modified the Rating Score report, renaming the rating column to "T.R.U.S.T. Score" and introducing inverted rating arrows for improved clarity. 

  • Added client policy numbers to the coverage report, simplifying the identification of debtors associated with specific policies. 

Carrier Integration Improvements 

  • Enabled searching by legal identifiers when looking for companies on Atradius. 

  • Introduced alerts for scheduled maintenance windows with integrated carriers, ensuring you're aware of outage windows. 

  • Enhanced company searches for Allianz Trade API, returning headquarters results for quicker coverage processing. 

  • Introduced the ability to request Topliner coverage for clients with Coface policies that have Topliner enabled within T.R.U.S.T.

  • Improved processing of Rejected and Pending EZ cover requests, displaying these decisions in the historical coverage for 3 months. 

Aging Management 

  • Implemented notifications for completed debtor contact uploads and provided a list of debtors not processed due to various errors. 

  • Refined the Invoice Coverage Calculator to exclude negative invoices when debtors have never had coverage granted in the policy. 

User Interface Enhancements 

  • Build All options for Policy Coverage Start Date Settings except debtor customization. T.R.U.S.T. introduced policy coverage options to provide our users with the ability to backdate coverage based on carrier rules. Users will now be able to automatically set accurate coverage start dates based on the coverage setting rule 

  • Store and Display Original Carrier Rating Score. T.R.U.S.T. introduced the original carrier rating score as a column to be displayed within T.R.U.S.T.. Users can now select the column from the coverage table options. TRUS also enhanced the Risk Assessment Rating module to be more users friendly by changing some of the verbiage on the page. 

  • Updated the platform's logo from Euler Hermes to Allianz Trade, reflecting the branding change. 

  • Added a "Coverage Pending" tab to the coverage page for convenient tracking of pending coverage requests. 

  • Offered the ability to hide/show Dun and Bradstreet data blocks based on user subscriptions, providing more control over data visibility. 

  • Enabled T.R.U.S.T. to consume a client's Dun and Bradstreet API connection and provide information directly on the credit agency tab. 

  • Introduced United States abbreviations alongside state names for foreign clients to identify states more easily. 

Coverage Management 

  • Modified non-carrier extra coverage to align better with how it should be displayed, excluding negative amounts during uploads. 

  • Improve DCL. T.R.U.S.T. improved upon the current DCL implementation by providing a warning message when a user uploads a document that is outside of the allowed DCL document settings. 

  • Build the logic for Named and Multiplier Coverage Start Date - T.R.U.S.T. built out the logic needed to calculate the Named and Multiplier coverage start dates for backdating coverage based on carrier rules. T.R.U.S.T. now automatically backdates named and multiplier coverage based on carrier rules. 

  • Build logic for Excess Coverage Start Date. T.R.U.S.T. built out the logic needed to calculate the Excess coverage start dates for backdating coverage based on carrier rules. T.R.U.S.T. now automatically backdates excess coverage based on carrier rules. 

  • Overlapping DCL Coverage with Named for Coverage Sync. T.R.U.S.T. introduced logic to limit the ability to have Named coverage overlap with DCL coverage for all debtors. This will help prevent incorrect coverage amounts being displayed on T.R.U.S.T. 

  • DCL Audit Trail- Library of past credit reports. T.R.U.S.T. introduced the ability to view a full library of past credit reports that were used to justify DCL coverage. By providing this functionality, T.R.U.S.T. built out an audit trail in case users needed the ability go back and justify coverage to carriers if a claim was made. 

Backend Improvements 

  • Created a separate "archive" database for invoices and user hit logs, improving production database performance.

  • Updated the internal check match report to identify and fix discrepancies between carrier data and T.R.U.S.T.

  • Implemented a system to handle debtor contact uploads that were not processed, ensuring data integrity. 

Dunning Process Enhancement 

  • Enhanced error handling for contact information errors, enabling easier identification and correction.
