Monitor Potential Claims

T.R.U.S.T ensures you have set up a robust monitoring system for potential claims. This proactive risk management strategy can save your organization time and money, help maintain compliance, protect your reputation, and ultimately contribute to your long-term success.

Inside the Claims feature, located in the ribbon at the top of the page, clients are able to quickly monitor if there are any potential claims that need to be made. Using the familiar traffic light system you are able to see if you have 30 Days or less to file a claim (RED LIGHT), 30-60 Days to file a claim (YELLOW LIGHT) or more than 60 Days file a claim (GREEN LIGHT).

T.R.U.S.T users typically have a 99.6% successful claim approval rate due to this feature and ensuring they are compliant.
