TRUST offers a powerful Prospecting feature designed to streamline your onboarding process and help you manage potential clients/debtors with ease.

Here’s how it works:

  • Add Prospects: Sales teams can add prospective clients into TRUST, allowing them to track and manage potential clients separately from active clients. With permission-based access, only the sales team can create prospects, ensuring controlled visibility and organization.

    • This can be done on the go and in the field for different Business Development Teams.

  • Request Credit Limits: Easily request credit limits on prospected debtors lists by syncing with credit agencies and insurance carriers to assess their risk and potential coverage.

    • Full debtor aging lists can be uploaded then a multi coverage request can be sent off within a few clicks.

    • Already existing debtor limits will be flagged to avoid duplications

  • Approval Levels: TRUST also allows you to implement different approval levels for credit limit increases, giving you greater control over large credit limit requests, ensuring proper oversight.

  • Convert to Clients: When you’re ready to take the next step and onboard a prospect, simply convert them into a client with one click. All associated credit limits and debtor information will be seamlessly transferred.

  • Client Dashboard: Once converted, your new client will automatically appear in the Client Dashboard, where you can continue managing coverage, compliance, and other key tasks all in one place.
