Automatic Prospect Deletion and Debtor Concentration Report

We are happy to announce the release of Automatic Prospect Deletion and the Debtor Concentration Report to T.R.U.S.T..

Automatic Prospect Deletion: This feature allows clients who have this turned on, to be able to have prospects cleaned up automatically in TRUST. A timeframe can be set to count down to deletion based on the Prospects creation date. T.R.U.S.T..

After the prospect has been setup, a timer will countdown the days remaining. When the timer hits zero days remaining, the debtors coverage that are linked to the prospect will be canceled automatically and the prospect will be moved to inactive.

The user will receive two notification emails before the prospect is deleted, a 30 day reminder and a 10 day reminder. The Prospect period can also be extended out by users with the correct privileges.

Debtor Concentration Report: This feature is a report to run against a clients entire portfolio or a single client to point out the debtors with the highest concentration of aged debt against granted coverage.
